Refund Policy – rayá

We care deeply about every bouquet we create and want you to be delighted with your order. If you have any issues with your flowers, please contact us immediately via email at hirayafloral@gmail.com.

Flower Lifespan & Care

Please note that flowers are perishable products, and different varieties have different lifespans — typically between 3 to 7 days. Some blooms are more delicate and may wilt faster depending on type, season, and conditions.

Proper care is essential to extend the life of your bouquet. We include basic care instructions with every order.

Refund or Replacement Eligibility

If your flowers wilt within 48 hours of delivery and you have followed the care instructions, rayá will gladly offer:
 • A replacement bouquet on the next available delivery date; or
 • A full refund to your original payment method.

Important conditions:
 • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
 • Clear photographs of the bouquet must be provided to verify the condition.
 • External factors (such as placement near heat sources, air conditioning, or direct sunlight) may affect flower life and are not covered under our refund policy.

Damage or Sub-Standard Quality

If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please notify us immediately with supporting photos. We will either:
 • Resend a new bouquet; or
 • Process a full refund.

Exceptions

If you contact us after the 48-hour window, we will review your case at our discretion but reserve the right to decline a refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

If a refund or redelivery is approved, we will process it within 24–48 hours.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
