Plan Ahead
We highly recommend placing your order 3–5 days in advance, especially during peak holidays or special events.
Holiday Delivery Fees
Please note: Delivery fees may increase during major holidays (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.) due to high demand.
Time Requests
While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, you may leave a preferred time frame in the special instructions at checkout — and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
If No One is Home
If the recipient isn’t available, we’ll first try to contact you by phone. If no response is received and there are no special instructions, we may:
• Leave the flowers in a safe shaded location (e.g., porch)
• Leave them with a neighbor
• Leave a message with a callback number for redelivery coordination
Recipient Contact
To ensure a smooth delivery, we may contact the recipient in advance — unless you specifically request otherwise in the order form.
Order Cancellations
• Same-day orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled or changed once out for delivery.
• All cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time — in writing.
• No refunds for processed or delivered orders.
